Isn't there a clause in the sale of Mini's where you can't export them to different countries and for the first year you can't charge more than the dealership?

no, not at all.... .. BUT the main thing is... who in there right mind would want one of those hideous things!! all i see is people in there 30's driving them... mid-life crisis mobile

I saw something on the Speed channel about selling the new Mini's! And I would love to get a Mini Cooper S! Check out this car! It has an M3 engine and rear wheel drive! Don't ask me how they did it!

One of my friends just put a deposit on a Cooper S, it arrives in August or something

IO also heard that you can't resell the mini without first giving the dealership first dibs
