Freeway chase

flying home from school on 407 in my M, it was in the afternoon on Sunday, so the sky and road were clear... came to the off ramp I got off the freeway and stopped at a red light and waiting to make a left turn. 5 seconds after I made a full stop I saw a car flying down the off ramp and made a quick stop next to my rear quarter panel on my right... and then back up and stopped right behind me... i saw yellow O.P.P badging !!!

green light dropped I accelerate normally up to the limit and drove home (i always do, to cool down the engine after some high speed on hwy, not bcos of the cop) ... he followed me switching lanes for 3 - 4 times until i hit home... and then he turned around and left... phew~ close call

wow i see cops on the 407 alomost every day
mainly under the bridge at Warden on the east bound lanes. as you come over the hill a cop is there waiting.

i also see a t either woodbine, kennedy, or macown, a cop on the offramp on the west bound lanes.

407 is well patrolled

There are a lot of unmarked police cars on the 407 as well. Most often, you see them pulling over big trucks without a valid transponder, but they do nab speeders as well.

I once say a 2002 green impala, with the stock GM aluminum wheels, small spoiler on the trunk, with the lights flashing pulling over a speeder. I usually watch for Impala’s with the black steel wheels.

Be careful on the 407….

I believe the 407 hires the amount of police that it wants on the highway, due to it being privately owned.

I just let usually someone run about a mile up and pace them, cause the cops are usually crawling all over the 407.

ps:... thereare cops ALL OVER the 407...and unmarked cars include Black, White, Blue, Green Impalas, even those that look completely stock or with spoilers (steel wheels is usually a dead give away, but some times they put hubs over them to throw ppl off) Also... Intrepids (Dark coloured) and even luminas are among the most common unmarked cop cars. as for the normal everyday cruisers, look for them to be hiding under any bridge, or hiding at the base of on ramps! (Check your mirrors when u pass on ramps!) just some tips to keep our friends on max TICKET FREE!
