Recalls. WOW!

Part of my homework on buying an M Coupe, I dug up this recall list found at this site! The list is LONG! Can someone please explain.

The service bulletin is long but thats not part of the recalls.. Most of them are updated tools and info.
For example..
650599 JAN 02 Audio System - Radio Security Code Acquisition
630201 MAR 01 Light Bulb - Replacement Guidelines
etc. etc..

I would be more insterested in the Recall/Campaign labels

TSB Number Issue Date TSB Title
170198 FEB 01 Recall - Radiator Cap Replacement
000194 JAN 00 Campaign/Recall - Codes Index

Emissions Recalls
TSB Number Issue Date TSB Title
121099 JUL 99 Recall - Crankshaft Position Sensor Redesigned
111298 FEB 99 Recall - Incorrect VECI Label

General Recalls
TSB Number Issue Date TSB Title
110601 OCT 01 Campaign - Engine Oil Viscosity Change
230100 AUG 00 Campaign - M/T Drain Plug Oil Leaks
000194 JAN 00 Campaign/Recall - Codes Index
710299 JUN 99 Campaign - M Mobility System Hose Routing Inspection
121099 MAR 99 Campaign - Crankshaft Position Sensor Replaced
710199 FEB 99 Campaign - Replacement of M-Mobility System
340898 OCT 98 Campaign - Anti-Slip Control ASC Switch & Indicator

Is this just this guy? I mean perhaps it's an isolated case. Or are other M COupe owners experiencing this?
