For who ever said Germany doesn't stand a chance. What the hell are you talking about? Even without that Star players they have had before they still have a pretty stacked bench and if you don't know about there goal-keeper then you know nothing about the sport. They have a way better chance of winning then Italy. Get a clue.

Germany is not going to win, Italy is a way better team. Everyone thinks that Germany is so awsome because they scored 8 goals in there first game.
In my opinion, they are going nowhere.

Who's everyone?
It wasn't because of the 8 goals that people rooted for them, it's because they have moderate talent across the board and because Kahn is the best freakin' Goal-keeper in the world, Period , the end.
I wasn't saying that Italy sucked, but Germany stands a better chance of moving into and past the sweet 16. Why don't we just wait and see, ok?

well so much for waking up early in the morning, and missing school...Poland is out....damn u Portugal....dmmmmu 
was a horrible game from the Polish,but u gotta say.Portugal has skill.....we play one more game, U.S. on friday....maybe we will at least score a gola.......so ar

How about that game?
That was the worst referee in the history of FIFA!!! Germany vs. Cameroon and there was over 10 yellow cards in the first half, two resulting in a red card against a German player so they had to play 10 on 11 for the last five minutes of the first half and about 3o minutes in the second. Then, the ref. went straight to a Red with a Cameroon player and evened it up. They pulled off the game with 2 goals to none with Klasse making an awsome header.
I haven't checked the stats but even the announcers were freaking out and calling this game one of the biggest shames in the history of FIFA. You have to watch it. He will definitely not be officiating again in the Tournament. Now Germany is screwed because some of their players will not be able to be in the roster for the first game next round because of all the Cards he pulled. What a crock. Oh well, I believe Germany is 16 for 16 for making it into the second round of the Tournament (and some of you doubted it!!!). Kahn was definitely not on his game today.
It is an absolute must-see game. Watch Klasse spike Song in the nose when he is on teh ground and see it gush with blood and then 5 minutes later someone steps on Klasse's Dome!!! Now that's cold-blooded retaliation!!!! Overall, they stuck to their dominating discipline of the fundementals of Football and won fair and sqaure.

What?
I root for Germany because I lived there for almost 3 years and used to watch the Kaiserslautern football club, which some of the players are from. I could give two shits about where my car was made.
It looks like Italy might not be making it to the next round because I can't really see them beating Mexico . It will most likely be Mexico and Croatia advancing.
Portugual and Korea is going to be a good game. Korea is not expected to win so I will be rooting for them.
