How much do Alpine Type R subs cost???

I can't remember what they go for now, but they used to be pretty pricey, don't they make a TYPE S or something like that, i believe those are BETTER!

about $200-250 for the 10inch, and $250-300 for the 12inch, it might be less because the US to CDN exchange rate is low now

Okay, your right, my bad, i thought they it was the other way around, cause i remember i was lookin at there component set for my car, and i was told the type s were GOOD!

YES but I dont think its made from the same materials as the type-X sub.

I've already got an MP3 deck in my car and thats more than enough songs to listen to at once... I just need bass.

I wantto go with Alpine over smaller dealers such as Brahma, elemental design's, RE, etc. due to price and availability of parts.

The guy sold 2 10" type R's for $150.. I just missed out on that one so Im jumping all over the 12" deal.

I paid just over $200 for a 10" Type-R. It's an INCREDIBLE sounding sub BTW. ****ing insane.
