my quest continues

I have been thinking, i have noticed a lot of V12 bimmers arn't much more expensive then the I6. i was thinking, instead of getting a I6, why not a v12. not only to beat the cheezy civics, but to strike fear into cars like the 6.6leter trans am. what do you guys think? is the V12 worth it?

thanks

True V12 are powerful but they are also heavy my friend. Its not always about the power its about weight savings as well. Now is you shoved the V12 instead of the 6 look out. Ready to fly

The V12's aren't that much heavier then the I6's. An M50/M52 is 136-140kg. An M70/M73 V12 weighs 150-155kg.

The M50/2 uses an iron block, the M70/3 uses an aluminum block.

It'll fit both the e30 and the e36.

In the e36 the V12 fits better then the V8.

Why won't a v12 fit in a e46? Damn e46s so hard to mod

The I6 barely fits in the e46, it is halfway under the windshield. Don't worry, mods will come out eventually. us with e30's and e36's have been waiting for years. It just takes time.
