Those who've never seen a BMW hybrid.
putting my Nokia 6600 to good use
... i recently saw an E34 with cool ACS type 3 18s, looking good and then i looked at the engine... another Jap engined BMW....
forgive me, but i'm never a fan of hybrid BMWs.
what i agree is, it's one of the most pratical way to get more power and solve any major engine probs and still look like a BMW.
In my part of the world, Malaysia, it's quite common to see a hybrid like what i'm posting below. you can see more in Thailand.
in this case, it's an E34 with a 1-JZ 200bhp 2.5DOHC 6cylinder Twin Turbo Toyota engine like the one based on the Toyota Soarer or some other models.
so what do you think.

I think you will find the 1JZ-GTE is at the japanese limit of 280hp, not 200hp.
I have the same engine in my E30!!

why would you swap that engine into a heavy car like an e34... id say do it in an e30 if anything, otherwise no point

I'm sure the 2JZ is.. not the 1JZ...
but it could be higher than 200though...
