you need a lot, and it is a lot of work. Unless you are really attached to your car, its better to get a new one. But heres off the top of my head the parts i used. Also, the gearing changes drastically, as the auto final drive is like 3.91 and manual is between 2.9 and 3, so that makes top speed barely 120, and a horrible freeway cruising speed rpm, so a different geared differential would be a good idea as well.

Then there is some wiring to make the car start, and also to have reverse lights and cruise control. Finish with some fluids, and that should be about it.
