Thanks guys, right now I am just saving money. I was going to get some headers and an exhaust, then put on some 19"s. However, I rather just keep my cash for now and see if I need it for something down the road. As for the colour, I looked at the black ones, but they show imperfections so easily, and with it being a daily driver it would be a bitch to keep looking mint. Either way, I love this car, its perfect.

You might want to save the money you'll spend on the headers for something else. Headers on the 540 won't do much. I too wanted to get headers but some homework told me to save the money. The 540 and the M5 share the same exhaust manifold hence the manifold being able to flow alot more air than the 540 can produce. Going headers might not yield any results as a friend has already tried. Headers on an M5 is a different story.
IMO save the money on the headers and get a 3.15 quaiffe ATB diff. That will most probably be the best bang for the buck mod you can ever do on the 540 other than a supercharger.

It already has a 3.15 diff, either way I wouldn't waste the money on a Quaiffe diff. And the headers produce an extra 9% in power, so that is still substantial enough for me. A supercharger for one voids my warranty, and two is over $11000 Canadian, so how is that bang for the buck?

I thought you said you have a 6 speed? 6 speeds are not 3.15's they are 2.81's and they are all peg-legs except for the LSD equipped M5. What brand of header are you planning on buying? Do you have proof from the manufacturer that the 9% is there without any software? I know a few guys who have done headers in their NA 540's and they said it was a waste of money. I would say do the headers if you plan on supercharging, otherwise do the quaiffe. Not only will you gain in the added traction department that our 540's lack but the quaiffe will make the car that much more driveable in the winter snow.
I was going to spend $2600US on G-Power headers, the only ones that come in a 4-2-1 configuration. all others come in 4-1 configs which are designed for track use or high hp cars.
Your call.
