Is it pain in a$$ to replace sunroof?

On my interior I noticed that my sunroof leaks. Am I goin to fix the problem by replacing the sunroof?
Is it hard to replace sunroof on E30? I am concerned about those wires to plug them to the motor that slies the roof.
What do You guys suggest? Is it hard to slide the sunroof back into its place?

Naw yer gasket is probably bad. Also check the sunroof drains to make sure they are not clogged. Get the 1 piece gasket, should take about 2 hrs or so to replace, unless you've done it before, if that is the problem.

100 at the dealer but you know what you are getting . I guess if it is from dealer then it is new. For now I just have to figure out if it is too hard to do it myself or I am gonna have to take it in body shop.I dont wanna mess around with it if it is complicated becuase I am gonna cause more trouble.
It has some glue around it is done ok but I want it working properly during summer.

correction, the sunroof gasket goes for 120, ill let muine go for half that.. LMK....
Ill even deliver halfway.
O, and if ur sunroof is leaking it will start rusting on the inside(if it hasnt), and possibly if the water gets to the motor it will burn it out, or corrode wires that are near it..

I just talked to Fill today . He said to bring it over there so he will figure out needs to be repaced. There is the rubber around the sunroof and it does not look too bad. Now I guess it is the main gasket that is under the panel.
No pix yet I will bring the car to Fill to see what i need to put sunroof back to work . As soon as I get ring from Insurance I will bring her over I also wanna go to Charlie just to look it over.Terry It's not big deal about that gasket you got for sale. Since your panel was rusty I wonder if gasket is gonna be good for lil bit of time. No point getting it if I have to replace it again and get a newone.
