This is what I'd be afraid of, some people can be pretty spiteful. Lets say you read their meter, narc on them, then a month later (or whatever) you're reading the meters in the neighbourhood and there is some guy in a car looking out for you.....

Sorry if I'm making myself sound like a wuss, but for $25 it's not worth it.

fukin eh' its not worth it.

I got this job by just handing in my resume to the Hydro office. Great people working there, just be nice, and you get in.

hahaha

Go up to the house, and knock, say that the cops are offering me 1000 , can you beat that?

Then they say: "how about we just beat you, better yet, make you dissapear"

Not a wise choice.

$25 per hour or? Per visited house?

There are the houses where the weed growers just visit once in a long time ,during night.

I don't get paid hourly.

But I think what you are reffering to about the 25 dollars is this:
I get 25 dollars to "squeel" on a grow house and the police give me a reward of 25 bucks.

So true and a reality in this day in age. I agree, it's not worth your safety.

25 bucks is nothing, unless you come by 4 houses a day, but you said once a week. It aint worth it at all. If you can tell there stealing electricity, you gotta do your job. at first i thought putting a note, but thats just a log of you knowing about it and not stopping it. which could get you fired.
if you could tell them then, that would be a nice thing, and maybe they will stop then again maybe they think you know to much.

on a side note, wanna give us some tips on how they catch us? i mean people

I was kidding abot join the dealers. The problme is that you make money only at the places where they can bust you badly.
My advice is ,try somthing else.
