How fast can your 325 go?

I have E30 325 not 325i and in the speedomoter says top speed 240km per hour.I did not have chance to test the top speed. The question is how fast can your 325 pull with 122 horse power and 170/ torque. Stock or chiped?
The top speed. These cars are getting old so just to see if their power lasts

i know mine isn't an E30, but if you want long lasting power, try this, i did this with 260km on my car, and shes still pretty damn potent!

I've gotten my e30 325i up to 143 mph when it only had a JC chip, it was at like 5,900 rpms it just didn't have enough power to pull anymore. I've gone about the same with turbo set-up on my car just got there faster. I don't think it can go much faster with the 3.73 gears i have.

220 for E36 is nice. I read somwhere that E30 325 with 122 horses and 170 torque can not pull more then 190km per hr? I am not sure if this is true.

i've hit an indicated 230km/h with chip/filter/exhaust on my old M20 motor. It literally took a 2km stretch of road to inch up from 215km/h. That was with 16"wheels (215/40 VR16 tires) & 3.73gears.

I have had my 325 up to 190km/h, and could have kept going, its a super eta, so stock I have 128hp, and 170ft/lb of torque, But I have a chip and cold air intake so that boosted it up a little. I think the biggest thing with the eta cars is the fact that we have such long gearing, the final drive is 2.93:1 , and with that final drive in 5th gear the theoretical top speed is something like 300km/h but we don't have the power to overcome the wind resistance, but I think with a diff swap to a 3.25:1 out of an e28 the theoretical top speed goes down to something like 240-260km/h and we would probably be able to get a lot closer to that, because it would be easier for the enigne to continue pulling. I am anxious to try it when I finnaly get my diff swaped out.

My BMW 325i E30 with standard 171 hp and 225 Nm Torque reaches a top of 235 km/h on the speedometer.

The fastest I went with my m20 (stock) was 225km/h. This pic is the fastest that I took a pic of. Roughly 215 km/g. It was pretty scary. It was foggy, on a stretch of road in PA (I-90)

I think my 325 should pull 200. If no then why it says 240km/hr top end.
