I don't think you can swap the NA from bumper for a turbo one.. you may want to try a porsche board like rennlist

Judging by pictures alone, I think the fenders would have to be changed. I donít know much about these older ones, but the Porsche 951 is very similar to the 944 correct? It seems the 944 code name 951 has the bumpers you like. So, perhaps those fenders from the 951 and the bumpers would fit on the regular 944.

The 944 Turbo (or the 951)..

Beeing the owner of a 1984 944, you can not swap the n/a to the 951 front bumper, the fenders are different and so is the center nose grill

soo.......swap them??

it's probably more worth it just to trade up for the turbo one instead of spending money converting the non-turbo to look like it.

Thats what I am saying, you cant just switch the bumper, you have to change everything else. Like you said, its not worth it!

Yes the bumpers could be swapped. The ones in the 2nd pic are off a 944 turbo, or S2.
There's also a company called GT-Racing or something like that, that makes fiberglass replacements.
Personnally, I say it's a waste of money. You can do a bumper tuck on the NA cars and it'll look Euro.
Which model 944 you got? PM me and I'll tell u what I know from my 84 944 I used to have.
