e46 front lip conv. on an e36
What is your opinion on this lip? I can potentially snag a really good deal on a painted lip like this - but im not sure if it looks good on the car? IE follows the lines. Ive seen it look good on a black e36, but im not sure how it would look on mine since its red. What do you all think?
Here is a pic of the exact bumper from the car of the guy who is selling it =
My car is red, not sure how it would look?? Just give me opinions please!
Thanks!

e46 bumper looks good on e36... my ex-gf just mentioned to me once how it looks like a sleepy clown car smiling... (look at the yellow bimmer on top)... and since then that idea stuck in my head. stupid ex. grr...
in either case, it'd still look good... just make sure to get the Rieger side skirts which are lower than the m3 skirts. (the e46 bumper is lower, as u can see in the pics.)

..id have to disagree. i think the blue one makes it look to mexican-ish (no offense to any mexis lol) i dont think it looks good w/ convertibles, looks good on coupes/sedans, imo, itd look good in red

I like the look of the yellow one better, for some reason that looks like the M5 bumper (dunno if theres a difference, just compared to other E46 M3 bumpers i've seen this yellow one looks good!
But i agree in the fact that it doesn't flow well with the E36 bumper, but it CAN look good, depends on the rest of the work done to the car!

the blue one looks best...get a good body shop to put it in and paint it/prime it and it'll look sick

I don't like it...at all. It doesn't belong on the e36 IMO.

I'd stick with the e36 M3 front. the e46's looks too "smooth" to the rest of the car.

Go for it. If not that then check out the reiger infinity, the best kit for e36 imo
