Bumper Kit

on my car..its black with the factory skirts but they are that dull grey color....is it possible to paint them black or do i have to buy the real painted ones

just get someone to rear end you very lightly, then start crying Oh my god and get the insurance to pay for everything, slap a new kit and paint job on there and send the bill to insurance
