My Euro Spec E30 M3

Well here it is my Euro spec late model E30 M3.
I shall just point a few thing out to you that you other wise might not notice.
See that there arn't any indicators in the sides of the front and rear bumpers.
The 16" BBS wheels without the balance weight lip.
Genuine Evo 3 front bumper and splitter with brake ducts instead of fog lights.

And On a couple of the pics of you look at the end of the side rear window, you can see a map of the famous Nurburgring in Germany.
As this car has been taken around it by it's previous Germany owner.
BMW use the same track to test there suspension set ups.
The track is 14 miles long with 150 bends, and this is just one lap!!!

Hope yopu like then as I do

Here a full spec list of my car

Exterior:

1989 Euro late spec E30 M3
Brilliant red
Euro ellipsoid with incar height adjustment
Headlamp washwipe
Genuine Evo 3 front bumper, undertray & adjustable 3 position splitter without the turn signals in the front and rear bumpers
Brake cooling ducts
Heated door mirrors, locks and windscreen washer nozzels
Central locking with deadlocks
Electric sunroof
Euro tow hook cover( for better airflow to the filter as it creates a low pressure zone at the intake)

Wheels:

16"x7.5j BBS with metal valves and caps and these wheels don't have the balance weight lip like the 15" do, running 225x45x16 Goodyear F1's

Interior:

Black leather interior
Illuminated leather gearknob ( lights up with the dogleg shift pattern looks very cool)
Genuine Evo 3 black seude steering wheel
///M3 doorsill plates ( as you open the door)
///M3 footrest
A/C
Big board computer
Front & back headrests
Electronic damping control with 3 settings comfort, normal & sport adjust how stiff the dampers are
Electric windows

Engine&Transmission:

Euro Late spec M3 2.3L 16v DOHC, 215bhp with cats from the factory
Euro spec close ratio dogleg gearbox with 1:1 ratio 5th gear ( unlike the US one where 4th is 1:1 and 5th in a overdrive gear)
3.25:1 ratio LSD diff (US ones were 4.10:1 cos of the different gearbox)
Evo airbox
K&N panel filter
Full Supersprint exhaust with DTM tips, cats removed which gains 5bhp

Brakes:

ABS
Pagid 8 groove front discs
Zimmerman cross drilled rear discs
EBC Greenstuff all round

Future Plans:

Castrol SRF brake fluid
Front strut brace
Replace timing chain & sprockets, and slipper rails
Schrick 284/276 cams

Some headwork and port matched throttle bodies
Custom remapped ECU
Possibly a 2.5L conversion
Or I just might buy an Evo 3

It was suppose to be 215bhp at the crank from the factory with the cats.
The cats have been removed with should give me another 5 bhp, plus what i got form the full Supersprint exhaust, but the car has never been dynoed so i'm not sure what it is putting out, but it should be at least a good 200bhp at the crank.

I not sure if i want to lower in and if i did it would be only very little. I lowered my last car and it was such a pain in the ass to drive over here, what with all the speed humps and potholes.
Hitting the front spoiler, the last thing I wanna do is take out my genuine Evo 3 front spiltter they cost an absolute fortune!!!!!

But when my suspension is shot then I might think about it but at the moment I would rather but it into the engine and trying to run the damm thing

U fail to realise what the roads are like over here and with a low car it's a constant battle against the roads. I was very good at avoiding damage to the car, but it still happened, and I didn't realise how good I was untill I sold that car to my friend and to look at the state of it nowmakes me realise.
I just don't want to have to drive around being very very careful , don't go down that road, and so on. I don't have any trouble with my M3 at the moment in it's current set up, but I still have to watch the front lip of the Evo 3 spoiler and if you get one you will find this out.

My car still handles great which is what I like.
I think you were very lucky with your car because as far as I know someone else has done all the work to it that most of us try to do.
I wish I could have bought such a car.

Damm The a bloody good price!!! I payed 23,850 canadian about 18 months ago and it had no real mods only some of the Evo 3 stuff that's on it!

I see a real Evo 3 for sale the other day and it was up for $35,500 Canadian, but it was mint condition and only 31k from new , I was tempted
