The maintenance section was removed and all the posts in it were moved to "general". This will also be the case for the "performance" section. After this is complete, we will be adding new sub-sections under max-tech that will be categorized by the different models of bmw. We feel that this will help the cluttering of different posts in "general", and in the other sections.

Also we feel that this will help member's questions to be answered a little more quicker

so is it going to become more of a bimmerforums layout? I like this better, helps keep things more organized.

Back on topic...We think that a lot of posts get lost in the "general" section.

For example, if someone has a quesiton regarding an e36, they would post it in the "e36" section, and therefore can have the majority of the members/visitors that look at his/her post to be e36 owners.
