that's really just average, some cars lose a lot more, my old Lexus LS400 had 250hp at the crank, dyno testing it was about 200rwhp, but I remember an article about the old Mustang SVT Cobra R which had 385hp crank, when they put it on the dyno it came out to be 365rwhp, that's way less than 15%, but it is rare to find less than 15% HP lost on most cars
