racing a corrado G60 is like taking a VR6 golf and de-tuning the motor by 20hp. With a pulley they can run good boost though, the race will be much much closer!

also aVR6 has a top speed of 235kph, there is a taller gear you can buy, i think from autotech that give you about 10% more drop RPM in 5th.. so probably 245kph.

VW stopped making the corrado because the G60 (supercharged) all hopped up was beating porsches........Not a good selling feature for porsche.

One of my friends had a G60 chipped, exhaust, lowered, the works and it was hella fast!!!!!!

Yeah man, going well. The guy was charged with 4 counts of assault, he is ****ed and got kicked out of Queens.
I still hear he is recovering from his broken Jaw and cracked ribs. Thtas the problem when you confront 5 guys against 1.

Yep, he was on Steroids, drunk and stoned, not a good mix which is why he was probably so dumb.

Guys G60's don't have superchargers. They have the old VW G-Chargers which are way less effective than tc's or sc's. They take a lot more engine power to spin...

If you tune it right, a G60 or G40 can be mad fast though(lots of G40/G60 Golfs, Corrados and Polos around here).

My buddy has a tuning-garage (www.tuning.ch) and he got himself an old Golf I, dropped a G60 engine in there, ripped the G-Charger off and turboed it.
That things gets wheelspin in 4th gear
