first on is the 1st gen ellipsoids made by either zkw or hella for the most part. The first has the angel eyes integrated into them after purchase... cant really tell by the top but they may be the inrpos.

Second set is the new Hella Celis angel eyes i think for the e36's.
its got smaller halos and the projector is smaller. Kind of looks dinky on the car. The first one looks better and is much cheaper as i remember.
