Vlad: That sucks man. Glad your ok.

No fault insurance = yer fault insurance.

I think lawyer fees might exceed damages in this case (unless there are independant witnesses).

Cheapest thing to do is probably just fix your car.

Not everyone will settle. People are cheap. Take my case. Clearly not my fault I got rear ended. The husband feels it is and will not pay me a pennie.

Vlad: Make a written threat of claim. Probably worth the price of a stamp.

Really??? So when they determine who is at fault- it's only to see which insurance company is going to be paying right?

Any claim, fault or no fault will make insurance go up?

Good to hear that you're ok and the M survived.
Why is it that the people who cause accidents cause they can't drive always blame it one the person who's car got faked up? To add insult to injury, the insurance wants to screw people over even if it's not their fault. There's no justice anymore.
If that happens to me i'm just gonna punch the guy in the face and tell the cops he hit his head on the steering wheel.

No, cop said, my insurance takes care of me, other's insurance takes care of them

Insurance is the biggest legal scam out there.

crusher, she blamed it on me, but she had no chance.
She said, I didnt see you, so it is your fault.
Any person, knows that if you change your lane and you hit a car. I DIDNT SEE HIM excuse wont work.
