e30 dme editor

Does any one know of dme editor software available for purchase to be able to burn my own 28 pin eeproms. There is several different versions for honda's and one of my friends has a romulator and programmer/burner to burn his own chips for his hondata s200. He said could borrow his burner and wideband and dyno if I could find some software so half the effort is already done.
