Question Need your advice Maranello BMW service? Look inside ...

I did a quick search and it spanned way 2001/2002 I read all the posts and all I can say is that at early 2001 to early 2002 the rating for Maranello is good. Dan (Rolled_Out) gave some OKs but after that it was downhill for everybody. NOw my question is... I live in Woodbridge now very very very close to Maranello about 7 km down weston road. Is their service there good? I went there today and some f*cker almost plowed the coupe with a cherokee wtf is that. Anyways, i've had my car serviced since day one from the new T&C and Keith is just the best. Even a few others that I came accross there when Keith is not around is very helpful and not snobby. I got my coupe switched tires there today and I would rate the my experience there is very very pleasent. Even the service rep told to me the coupe is sweet ride lol first time

Anyways, enough of my rant should I gamble and get my car serviced at Maranello?

PS: Parts at T&C is the bomb 15% off ask for Dennis make sure your either with bmwclub of canada or convince him your some sort of do it yourself guy heheh.

Thanks
Jeff

My friend bought his car from Maranello but gets it serviced at Budds. He said Maranello suckass when they fixed his door it looked like an amatuer did the work. Hopefully that was an isolated incident but the other dealers like T&c or Budds get a better customer satisfaction.

I've only heard bad things about Marenello. Most tell me that attitude is shit and they feel that thier doing you a favour rather than being a customer. Budd's is the best. Period

Dennis rules, I have a dealership like 15 minutes from my place and I go to T+C (45 minutes) because the parts guys are so much cooler there.

Budd's service and parts people are excellent, not like the dickhead salesmen there. They are so snobby and such assholes.

Thats weird, i hope thats not Nelson. He very good and knows whats he's talking about. And he seems to be the only one who were kind enough to approach us when we came in the place. We went there about three times and about 1 week and 3 weeks a part at the last week we bought the car heheh.

we got both our bmw's there and will always get them there, for me the serivce is amazing, very quick. my dad only deals with dominic at service, i get the feeling that everyone (in the service dpt.) doesnt really care. although we dont live in woodbridge we still go there for service and purchasing because my dad knows and feels confortable there cause its mostly an italian dealership and since my dad doesnt speak english that well, its perfect. just make sure to tip the service guy if he does a good job that way u'll be more of a welcomed customer rather than just another one
