Is this normal?

Tuesday, I think it was, I was out driving about and reached a speed of more or less 75MPH (like 115KPH I think) and my car started bouncing. Now she doesn't always do this but on occasion she does. If this maters I have power steering disabled. I figured this could be because of one of the following:
1. Bad alignment
2. Worn out suspension system
3. Bad tires
4. Just the lightweight of the car.
5. Result from power steering delete
6. My car has been raised 1-3" in the rear or lowered 1-2" in the front (done by previous owner).

Do you have any ideas as if this is normal, and if not a possible cause?

Thanks in advance.

alignment / tires / bent rims... most likely though, bent rims... happen sometimes because it depends on where the bend is on the left rim, and the right rim.. when they're both at their worst... you get vibration, but most of the time not really... your ball joints likely need replacing too. Happened to me before. (and I didn't notice wheel vibration or anything otherwise...)

I think it is probably worn suspension and that it is a lightweight car, I need new shocks and it does the same.
