anyone know how expensive a flex disc is to replace?

I believe I need to have the flex disc in my 94 325is replaced and was wondering if anyone knew about how much it will cost?

Thanks

I also have a 94 325is and the part from the dealer was $130. I installed it myself...it's not that bad if you can get ur car on a hoist to do it.... or else a shop like mine would charge an hours labour to install it ($55)

It is just over an hour labour at a shop, the actual flex disc is $40 for the e30 anyway.....Just had mine replaced, what a difference!

Depends on production month first of all, but most likely you're before 12/94 right?

If so, at the dealer, the disc itself plus exhaust gaskets and nuts come to $159.32, labour is 2hrs, tax...total =$404.02 (labour rates may vary...this is @ $96/hr)

Actually I had a personal deal worked out with my mechanic, and it turns out that the flex disc was 166$ with tax for the OEM one and 2 hours of labour........
