Mint 320i + cash for a 325i Convertible???

Hello all,

I am not sure what I want to do yet, but I thought I would ask. I have a 93 Mauritius Blue 320i Sedan with 117Km on it and I am looking to trade it in somewhere or with someone for a 325i convertible.

The potential trader has the option to put an M3/Reiger or Hamann replica kit onto it with a full custom paint job included which you can do next month at the shop. The 320i is in mint condition and the only reason why I want to let it go is for a convertible. If anyone knows anyone or any dealership that would not rip me off badly, please let me know.
