Honestly man, since I walk everywhere I hardly EVER drive my car. She stays in the heated garage, nice and cosey away from the elements

Work is a 10 minute walk,
Clubs are a $5 cab ride
Good Restaurants are within a 5 minute walk
Thats why I love downtown
