how'd he loose control after misshifting in a straight line...
did they just steal that car or something?? I can't make out what the guy was saying in the last part..."we are gonna get busted for stealing this car from our neighbours" before the jeep pulls up??

Hahaha oh my god that was one of the funniest things I've seen.
I still don't get how you mis-shift and it causes the car to lose control? Any ideas?
Too bad the camera man was too chicken to film what everything else looked like when they lost control and instead shot his pants, pssst amateur camera man j/k...

LMFAO! When you mishift a car, you force the motor to catch up to the rotational speed of the wheels, or vice versa... slow the wheels down considerably (almost like slaming on the brakes) An amature driver may not be able to recover the skid if he was caught off guard... esp. if he's that close to a dirt shoulder. Completely understandable, too bad the passanger couldn't keep the camera facing out the window throughout the ordeal. Great footage none-the-less.
I still think THIS is funnier though.
