DTM.Power

I just joined DTM a couple of days ago and just about everyone is cutting up my ride, WTF, now I don't expect everyone to have the same tastes as me, but these guys are total assholes about it and they are saying its all riced out and shit.

Guys please tell me you don't think my ride is "RICED OUT" that is totally not the look I want , please tell me I'm heading in the right direction, otherwise I'm gonna give up the whole modding scene all together.

well, only 2 memebrs didn't like your ride.
but i agreewith some on them, font end is too busy.
Hell, i though stock M3 bumper was busy, that was one of the reasons why i painted my moldings.

like i said in your first post about grill slats do not look like they are streight. Also, is it a picture or, fogs look in different direction?

I like the splitter and those supports for it.
Not a fan of Seidl bumper, Bumper actually looks good, but stock grill looks better IMO.(I know it is one peace)

Anyway, donotlisten to the haters, do what you gotta do.
It is amazing that yo do your own work.

Werd.

2 things...

1. How many of those DTM guys can actually tell a flat head from a phillips?

2. How "riced out" is a car that is gonna be pushing 600 Hp?
race em all once that engine is in.
sorry if that was a secret *lemme know if you want me to delete this line.

Front end too busy.

I can see how people consider it 'riced'.....

I think its good that you are going in your own direction, everyone has their own tastes, and you should modify your car in whichever direction you want.

BUT, if you want my honest opinion, here it is. The sedil bumper is alright, but I don't like the grill it comes with, they don't match the lines of the E36, too roundish. I honestly think if you stick some E36 grills in, it'll look really good. And the T wing is okay, but it looks out of place becase your rear end is mostly stock. The rear end needs matching up with the front. The front is all done up, but the rear is bare.

Your metal work is astounding, the foglights look amazing, the only thing I would maybe consider is shortening the uh, splitter bars in the front, maybe moving them to a place that's more subtle or removing hte front ones all together. They stick out a lot cuz they're so shiny on they grey car.

Not my style at all, and I can understand why some people would call it rice. But if thats what you like then thats how it should be, you own the car, not the other people.

T... It boils down to, it's your car, your choice. Mod it what ever way YOU see fit. Be proud of whatever you choose, it's your ride man. Everyone has a right to their opinion, however that will always go both ways.

IMO, yes the nose is too busy. Personally I think it would look better w/o the E39 grills, and with a shorter nose. I think it sticks out too much and is starting to look like a plow....

I can see where they're coming from... I kinda like the Seidil bumper, but you have to mod the rest of the car up. Add some skirts, rear bumper.

Thinkgs I would change:

1. The grille definitely needs to be '92-'95 style, and straight. The bumper grille design is too slanted.

2. Change the splitter holders so that they are straight, not slanted to the center.
