Angry Got Rear-ended Yesterday

I got off work yesterday when I recived a phone call from my pops. He told me he was just in a accident with another vechicle. He wasn't hurt, but the car was
To make a long story short...he was waiting @ a red light when a cargo/commercial van ran into the back of car. (IT WAS THE 318i...NOT THE M3)
The rear end is F**K'D. Bumper, tail-lights, truck lid etc. THe whole rear end was smashed in. I was happy to see no suspension damage. My dad was telling me the guy was shittin' bricks, he was drivin' the company van
Anyways my dad had to go to work so he told me to pick up the 318i & drop the M off and to go to the collision center to file a report. (The car was still drivable)
When I got to the collision center I filled out all the info & a cop came out side to view the damage. He looked @ me and said the car wasn't safe to drive Either I can tow it to my shop or they'll keep it in there pound.
There was 10 tow truck operators harrassin me to use their truck. They wanted $80 just for the hook-up + another $40 for the dollies (my car was too low ) oh and the usual $15/km
I called my uncle & he arranged for a flat bed to come.

I'm gonna go to my shop to take some pics tomorrow
I' keep you guys posted

PS My insurance company gave me a Sebring to beat around

Hey man! sorry to hear about the 318i. The important thing is that your dad is ok.

Oh man, did you get the V6 one? With 200hp, that thing is way too fast for its chassis and brakes. Seriously. We had one when BMW ran out of loaner a few months back, and it will MOVE when you push it. And then I hit the backroads. This was what I looked like with the body roll: And this is what I looked like when I had to brake:

Be careful.

I hate that F**Kin' car... it drove like shitt!!! I thought I was gonna tip the damn thing. Way too much Body roll
Anyways I traded it in & they gave me a PT Cruiser TURBO
Hopefully Monday they will have a new 3 series to loan me. I think its a 320i or might be a 325i
