I just got off the phone with BMW of Mississauga and i was quoted $192.00...so the price did go up but not to $300....

okay i just picked up the car from eurotech. it passed emissions with flying colors. but i noticed that when i started the car that it hesitated in the gears. maybe b/c i did a cold start and didn't let the engine warm up. also my FAN ONLY WORKS ON HIGH now. im going nuts. what can i do???

What were the numbers on your emissions test and the limits?
Did you have high HC? or something else?
As mentioned, O2 sensors are not $300. You may want to try my friend's garage: GRAF AUTO, 142 Bentworth Ave. 416-789-3423, Ask for Rudy Graf. He is very reasonable. Also, he will soon be able to do dyno runs on his emissions dyno, as soon as I help him calibrate it.
You can always try that "guaranteed to pass emissions test" crap from CRappy Tire... apparently ur car passes or ur money back
