Amazing cruise Graham, went better than I expected. But as you all could see, Rost and I couldn't stand the 80-90km/h pace on the way back down, and had to go on ahead. I also stayed behind Slowered for a good while, knowing that a few motorists may be a little late in noticing his brake light problem. Oh, and that heisitation I had to stop for disappeared. I think I must have left the dipstick a little loose and lost some oil pressure, because when I pulled over that's all I did, remove it and reinsert it more carefully.

I reached back to Scarborough at around 6:45 to drop my friend home. But then I had to trek ALL THE WAY BACK to Uxbridge to meet up with my family for Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks to empty backroads I got there in about 20 mins though.

Starting from KK, I averaged 70.4km/h and 8.2l/100km. Amazing.

I'm ready and waiting for another cruise. Now we know the (incredibly few) issues we have to work out for the next one. Perhaps one more before we have to slap the winters on?

Here's one for the masses:

thank you Graham for all your effort. I look very forward to the next one. Just don't do it on Thanksgiving!

Randy, thank you for your suggestions on the way back. I will see my dealership Tues.
You left to early, we weren't done drooling over your car.

SpudBoy - great cruise!!!! i think we have an official organizer of cruises in the making here.

for those cruisers that never made it to the little side trip up regional road 35, well worth the drive! it's right off hwy 48 just east of Coboconk.

the road is incredible there. about as twisty as it can get and virtually no traffic and with a nice tree canopy covering the road way, very picturesque!
