Question approx how much would it cost for...

Can I get an estimate here, how much would you expect to pay for a new water pump, fan, fan clutch, and belts plus labour

??

Here's some prices for you from bimmerparts.com (great guys to order stuff from!!)

Fan Clutch = $130 CDN
Fan Blades = $50 CDN
Water Pump = $75 CDN
Belt = $20 CDN

Labour is probably going to be at least 2 hours, so tack on about $100 in labour charges.

Expect to pay a little extra for things like flushing and refilling the radiator (to do the water pump install), and other little nicknacks like hose clamps etc.

Simply put, no.
In life, you always pay a premium when you want things done quickly.
