HELP: what kind of oil to use in 3.15 LSD diff

is there a special type of oil to be used in the LSD diff or do i just use whatever is the normal....

its for an E36 325iS with the 3.15 LSD

im assuming a bit thicker oil is probably called for because of the limited slip....

any input would be much appreciated...
