break, transmission and differential oils recomendation?

Hi guys..

I'm going to be changing my car oils soon. Just want to get some quick info/polls on what you guys use for your oil.

What do you recomend for the following?
Engine oil - for now I use Castrol 10w60 for the dealer
Transmission oil
Differential oil
Break fluid

Did I miss anything else? How about coolant?

Also, anyone know how long should I keep those oil in the car? 1 year 2 years? please let me know

I heard redline is good but I have no flying clue where to get em here in Toronto.
