Hey i just bought a 98 328is last week and i was wondering if i bought a cd changer i could run it off my stock radio?? a friend told me that this possible.... is it true??

just get OEM 6 cd changer, you already have all the wiring and brackets that are needed.
they go for around $150-200 used

will that oem cd changer play cdr's? and also can i hook up and an amp and sub to my stock or will i need an aftermarket deck..

If i remember correctly it will play CDR but as long as you burn them as AUDIO cds and not DATA CDS.
