CD player install
Whats a REALLY good place where i can entrust my car to get the stock Tape deck WITH ANTI-THEFT out, and put my CD player in, WITHOUT them screwing up anything. And how uch am i looking at for the installation?

I've installed like 7 different ones in my car, I kinda get bored with em and sell em to my friends but well its not too hard, just take your time and make sure your connections are right, souder each wire and you should be fine, the only thing is depending on what cd player you bough your probably going to need an antenna adaptor. I've had sony, pioneer, alpine, and kenwood and most cd players now have a male high male end and bmws have a short male end so your going to need that adapter plus a wiring harned that goes into the stock one and then just connect the wires from that hardness to the cd player harness.
If ya want some help I can probably help ya put it in sometime, all I ask is a beer at the local bar. HaHa

have installed about 4 Cdplayers in my car includin the dvd player.
i can help u out durin a meet or somethin lke that

the thing im scared about most( idid it on my e28) is the damn anti theft crap. also, will i need the code, for when i install the cd player, or no?

On e30s u dont need a code to install the cdplayer but u will need a code for ur Tape player when u install it back in the car..

i wont be installing it back. once i take it out, thats it.... And how about the anti theft thing?
