Lightbulb E36 -- to good to be true?

Hey Guys:

Need you E36 guys expert advice...

My buddy is wanting to get into a BMW. What do you think of this deal? Any suggestions much appreciated.

Brakes, ball joints, window regulator, etc...any nightmares in waiting?!

i dunno thou it seems to be not that great of a deal cuz there is better 318 in the trader i assume then that.

I know who the previous owner was. I see this car parked at a donut shop on kipling every day I goto work.
I recognize it because of the interesting foglights.
I'd run a carfax on it just in case, but I've never seen any damage on it.

Stay away from the german crap. Can we say " money pit". Buy japanese. You can get a nice 220hp 300zx for that kind of money.
