Contour rims are 800 option, wood trim was an option, all m3s got leather door panels. Not sure what you mean by slat grill.
Full computer is an option, and all ars got coded pump with full computer.
Got a pic of the seat??

All i'm saying bumper and sideskirts are non-luxury.
luxury m3 uses 328 sideskirts, and different grill on the bumper.
the bumper and sideskirts are lux!!
the bumper has the shorter SLAT grill not the mesh that regular M3's have.
the sideskirts on regular M3's are flat. these are the 3 series sport sideskirts. they have protruding contours in behind the front wheels and in front of the rear wheels.
sure you could say the wheels, full computer were options but this is all FACTORY equipped. the leather door panels, walnut wood trim were sold on luxury M3's only. all others got cloth (even with the leather interior), and black trim.

i don't have a pic of the seat handy. rest assured they are NOT VADERS. vaders did not come in the 97 luxury edition M3's. the regular M3's had vaders which are adjusted manually, and are not heated. but i invite you down to take a look.

i don't know were your getting your info from, but i know what i bought and have OWNED for the past 3/4years.

bring down your 97 M3/4 i would love to see it.

M3 do not have flat sideskirts, only LUX m3s got flat sideskirts.
There is no cloth in any M3, unless you ordered it.
I got leather door trim and it my car is not lux.

Don't take me wrong, I'm not trying to say that you are lying or anything.
I asked for the pic, cause I was wondeting what is Nappa Leather. I think I've seen it on euro m3, not sure.

And yes, stock M3 seats came non powered and non-heated.
I got winter package, so i got heated seats.

Anyway whati'm trying to say, that I've never seen a lux m3 with those skirts.

This is lux m3. Notice the bumper and sideskirts.

Suspension

Do you still have the stock suspension? What is the condition of the front struts? If so how much for each part.

those side skirts are like mine. they are not flat. they have the contours on them. the front bumper in the pic has the horizontal slats right in the middle in front of the rad. i took mine out cause they looked out of place. the only thing i changed/ added was the slats, "eyebrows" on top of the headlights, front corners, and the rear lights are euro, with no amber turn signals. the previous owner was tired of getting the front hood emblem ripped off and had it smoothed out (all metalwork). in 5 years its not possible to see/tell were the emblem was ouside or the underside of the hood.

On that pic you got, sideskirts are different.

Here on the left side I had M3 lux/328 sideskirts, on the right M3 sideskirts.

i think you have the skirts mixed up. don't really care to argue at this point. nice M3 you have.

nice meeting you Jay. at 26K etested/cert i feel i am more than fair, below market value, get all my upgrades for free, and as a bonus you only pay one tax being a private sale. this car is a deal at 26k. as i said, i feel the car needs front tires (even though you thought they were fine) to cert. which will cost me at least $700 for the pair if not more. was e-tested less than a year ago.

if i don't sell it this fall, i will test the market again in the spring probably will get more than 26k then. if i don't get what i want, i will enjoy it for another season. car is paid for, so i'm in no rush to sell.

ok, i see what you guys mean. On the Lux M3, it has the flat skirts like on the 328... They are flat but the bottom edge of the bumpers are contoured at the ends.

On regular M3s, they bulge and look like a fold or whatever.

On this car, they do not have the flat skirts....they are the ones with the fold/bulge. So does that make it a normal M3 then?

look carefully at the pic...the 328/lux M3 has the same flat skirts that do not bulge outward or have that fold. Whereas, on the regular M3s they do.

Also, this car is equipped with black leather...and I don't recall seeing any M3 colours on them.
