Steering Wheel Swap Question

I want to swap my E46 320i's 4 spoke steering wheel that has no buttons on it. I found another 4 spoke wheel that has buttons on it, is it just a simple plug and play? Will the functions like cruise control work?

Yes it should be. The wires should all be there. As long as you have electronic throttle it will work. I think after 2000 it was all electronic throttle bodies.
