Wheel Alignment

I purchased my first BMW last week from Performance BMW in ST. Catharines. On test drive I noted the steering pulled a lot to the right (with the road grade). But quite a bit more than I am used to.
The sales people said the sport tires track the grade much more than regular tires. But I made a point to ask the service dept to look at the alignment -noted as a condition in the sale. So when I picked it up they said the service manager claimed the alignment was within spec. But there is no change, and my truck tracks right off the road without hands in about 2-3 seconds. I drove on the wrong side of the road (I live in Caledon) where the grade is to my left and the car stays straight. Driving down the middle , on either side of the crown and the car tracks right again, across the crown and to the right shoulder.
I have the X1 M sport with run flat tires it is stock with 9k kms.
I dont think I should have to pull steering left all the time even though our country roads have a wicked gradient. Please advise anyone who can help.

Go to Pan-Pan auto in Markham on Bullock drive.
He is very meticulous and his shop is super clean. Did 4 wheel laser alignment and will customize if you want. Full report provided. He test drove the car as well, shows he cares.

Cash deal price is good.
Alltech was way too busy, parking is a joke, made me wait and couldn't unseize the bolts - gave up on them, wasted my time.
