Can anyone ID this sound?

New water pump, tensioner, timing belt, pin, spring, fan clutch.
Thought it was belts too tight at first, but they look okay (the accessory ones, at least).
Sounds like metal/plastic hitting or rubbing on metal. It moves up and down in pitch with the revvs as well.
Any help appreciated!

Yikes!

Alternator fan, possibly incorrect bolts on the water pump?

Solved, please delete!

Lower timing cover bolt sheared off (was pretty stripped anyways), making the cover press against the back of the harmonic balancer. Was only able to find it by having the car up on a hoist and looking from below
