e46 on/off volume switch.. anyone do this repair?

I've looked around and this looks to be a pretty common thing for e46's stereos. The knob on/off switch pushes into the stereo and then is next to impossible to use... I leave mine on all the time and use the wheel controls to turn volume up and down.. BUT.. I'd like it fixed, not sure I want to tackle it. Is there anyone in the GTA that offers this service to fix it? (and perhaps install my AUX input while they are at it?)

I did this several years ago when I bought the car. I found youtube videos that explained how to do it; I'm sure they're still out there. Nothing is very difficult or requires special tools, but you do have to completely disassemble your radio and epoxy some plastic back together; it takes a while.

I assume most shops would not offer to repair it, and if they did, their $75/hr labour rate would quickly pass by the ebay value of used E46 radios.

Thanks, I'm steadily building up the nerve to give it a go. I see e46 business cd's poppin up for sale, but don't know if they all fit and work with the HK system or not (04 m3), so figuring I can at least try.. if I fail well there are some out there.. just have to figure out which ones work will work with my car..
