parts car 99'e46 ac schnitzer

Hey, I recently picked up a BMW. The research I've done using the vin, it's a 1999 e46.
The car is badged ac schnitzer 333i but I'm not sure if it's legit. Not much of a beamer guy picked this car up to flip.

I realize a for sale add for first post is sketchy, I can post specific pictures of the car to help figure out exactly what it is for interested buyers.

Vehicle has clean record, previous owner sold because car would not start. Error came back about a transponder in the key. Car is insurable and an Alberta car.

So you think all the badging is incorrect? 333i on back. 3.0 on the side. Anyway to tell from the actual block?

I did a few online vin searches, different results each time.

everything what is on the car you can buy online...eBay
the owner was a big AC fan...
missing the strikes from the side...original AC has it...
aftermarket pedals on it...probably made in china...that 3.0 AC Schnitzer on the side is not "original"
AC Schnitzer won't put something on a car...never did
