Hello Maxbimmer, my 2000 Touring is for sale. I am asking $4000 which is reasonable considering its mileage, 269k.
I imported it myself from New Jersey Nov 2009, its Orient Blue Metallic on Sand Beige Leather.
It has the super rare Sport Pack, most ads will tell you they have a 'Sport Wagon' when they do not have a sport pack, which consists of the sport seats, sport suspension, sport steering wheel, and Black Shadow line trim on the V8s.
It does not have the M-sport pack, but that is as rare as a 3 legged Unicorn on a wagon.

It does have a 6 CD changer now & a Cup holder from Ebay, & Black kidney grilles & clear side marker lights both from Ebay.
It has the best car mats I have ever seen, BMW originals. And a Weather Tech rear tray.
It currently has 269,000 kms on it. It was very well taken care of in the States, I bought with 180,000 on it for $9600 in NJ, Nov 2009 after extensive looking for a sport pack wagon. After 6% duties and GST, PST taxes and the infamous $500 letter from BMW, it was still cheaper than the only other Touring for sale in entire GTA by $5000 who's owner would not budge off of $17k with no sport pack. I called him afterwards to tell him of my find. He was impressed.

Also its had an alignment from Alltech Alignment in Mississauga, June 2013.
It has three sets of wheels.
1. 19 inch M parallel replicas, 19 X 8.5 front 19 X 9.5 rear. tiny curb rash
Tires are Continental sportcontacts 235 & 265 basically new. I'm not splitting up parts here so don't ask me for these wheels alone, unless you bid $4000 and want a wagon attached to them.
2. 17 inch M5 replicas with snow tires couple years old but still good. some curb rash
3. 17 inch BMW style 32s, 8.5 inch wide all four, with bald tires. some curb rash. Again, wagon buyer has first dibs on these.
There are four spots of rust along the rocker panels, and rust on the tailgate glass hatch frame. 2 light scrapes on the bumper front and back. One dent in drivers door from a parking lot encounter where someone did not leave me a note, and one enterprising youth made off with half of my rear BMW badge decal so I removed the rest of it so I don't have to look at his handiwork.
No dead pixels. A/C was refilled last summer, still cold.
It passed Drive Clean Etest in Sep 2013 so its good for 12 months.
It has passed Safety Inspection at my local Canadian Tire.
It has a Clean UVIP, ready to go. Its history in the States was clean.
Inside everything works, just a couple cracked buttons on the HVAC, and the four way flasher setting broke, but it still works. The dome light over the passenger rear door has cracked but I still have it. Heated seats work. All windows, doors and lights work. Engine code sometimes pops up for EVAP Purge control valve.
Kelly Blue Book in USA is $5200 for good, $4600 for fair, Canadian Black book is $4300 for average.
