mystery oil leak ??

i have a dilemma that is been eating me away for a while
sometimes after my car sits on one spot for a long time (in the garage over night) i will see oil on the floor when i pull out of the garage.
where the dilemma comes is that the oil is usually right under the transmission is.
i have checked the transmission for any leaks and there are non anywhere, its completely clean, the seal all around the fill plug the drain plug its spotless.
this means that because of my garage what is at a bit of an angle it is leaking from somewhere up font where the engine is.
i know the engine is not loosing any oil because i chance the oil every 6000km and every time i take out exactly what i have put in 6.4L.
where else can i be loosing oil from ??
i did have the car rustproofed at crown, and they SOAKED it in oil underneath but that was last winter not this one. because of that i did leave puddles of oil everywhere i went for a good 6 to 8 months after but i cant believe it would still be dripping a good year after that.

do you guys have any idea what could be leaking ?

Sounds like RMS to me, but diagnosing mechanical issues via the internet is futile.

I am pretty sure you should be able to tell between red/black for trans/engine oil.
To check trans oil, gotta lift car in the air.

Oil Filter Housing Gasket when gone good will drench the side and bottom working it way back but mainly drivers side, see it all the time. Would be my #1 guess.

Valve Cover Gasket... if bad enough will leave a very small amount but toward the passenger side only and easy to spot from above, leaves a burning smell at times too. I wouldn't imagine it is so bad it is hitting the trans pan but hey only assuming.

Cold Climate Kit perhaps if cracked bad enough or literally explodes will dump oil and make a mess.

If you have a 540 I can name a couple more spots but they shouldn't reach the trans.

GL and get it on a hoist, you'd know in 5 minutes.

not necessarily 200ml of oil can make a pretty big mess and you wont really notice oil missing on oil-change.

The oil filter housing gasket (drivers side) is easy to inspect when under the car, look directly below and behind the unit and if leaking will be easily visible on the block as well and down to the front of the pan (when carried).

If a cold climate the oil will be in a similar spot but more central to the block and should appear to the right of the oil filter housing and downward or everywhere depending on if you had a blow out.

A VCG is easy, from the top you can check the gasket, generally front corner, rear corner and side of the gasket on passenger side will be wet and even drip down onto the manifold heat shield(s) and the exhaust. But again, it would have to be very bad to go further so doubtful.

If you think it is oil and none of these spots have leaks and you say your pan gasket, plug, oil level sensor and plug are also ok, you are either wrong about it being oil or have a hole in your block LOL

hey ok so i have updates
good news if there is no oil leak at the engine all the oil is coming from the front of the car where the radiator and steering rack are.
the entire chassy is dripping with oil that i assume is form previous rustproofing or something
my power steering is leaking a bit but from them bottom of the bottle but nothing serious.
so in other words i am assuming that's where the oil is coming from otherwise i have no clue
