Apartments for rent in Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington for under 1k/m?

Anyone have any good suggestions for apartments in the Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington area for 1000 or under a month?

Looking for a one bedroom/ JR 1 bedroom, can be in an older building, can not be a basement.

There's some stuff in the Oakville ghetto (Trafalgar/white oaks) around that price.

Thing is, it's not called the golden horseshoe for nothing. Shit's expensive.

Only place I know in Burlington that had junior 1 bedrooms for under 1k was Burlington Square Plaza, off Brant and Ghent avenue. The building itself is old, but the apartments are nice and decently managed with a fairly decent crowd, although if you dont like pets then its probably not the best place for you since everyone and their grandmas seems to own a dog in that building.

You should try checking out the Park Lawn area. You can rent a one bedroom apartment for about $850-$900 per month.

For example: http://www.gottarent.com/apartment/vacancy/SpaceID/2016
