E30 on Kijiji

I am looking at possibly purchasing an E30 as a daily driver and just wanted to get an opinion from the board on this one I came across on kijiji. Looks relatively clean. Is it priced right? I know very little on the pricing of E30's so I would appreciate any advice on the value of a car such as this. Anything to look out for on this particular model/year?

Thanks in advance.

Price seems a little high to me, its and "e", 4 door, beat up interior, and an early model. None of these things are super desirable, but if its what you're looking for I'd check it out. I think he could afford to drop a considerable amount though.
Just my opinion

As Farintosh says, it's the least desirable combo, however it actually seems to be a pretty good deal. E30s are definitely appreciating, and the rust free status (if true) is a huge plus, as are the service records. I think 2500-2750 would be the sweet spot.

well for starters as stated above. also depends on what kind of work is needed and the model which was pointed out. Frankly, unless it's a garage queen they will ALL need work. Look at spending a grand or two to bring up to snuff.

Thanks for the feedback guys, much appreciated.

I threw out an an offer on the car but unfortunately wasn't able to come to an agreement on price with the seller. It's a nice car but I'm sure something similar or nicer will pop up eventually.

Do E30 coupes generally fetch more money than 4 doors? I know this is the case with E46's.

I'd not spend $3000 on this, to be honest. Maybe its just the tint. To me the price seems a bit expensive (may be just me) for an 85e model.
Maybe $2300 - $2700

Here is a good sticky what you should definitely look out for.
