6000k for the whitest light?

I've recently acquired an E32, generally mint condition, planning on doing the H1 smiley conversion, and I'm wondering whats the most comparable to the current white ass lights they have on the new models...

With the HID conversion, would you say 6000k is the colour of choice for the whitest of white?

if you want it to look white (even match between yellow and blue) you want 5000K.

4300K is actually "pure" white light on the kelvin scale, and is brightest (but looks a little yellow in headlights)

very superficial explanation:
5000K = Flash photography
4300K = the sun

oem is 4300 on pretty much everything.
I wouldnt call it yellow at all and how it looks in the headlight will depend on the optics of the projector and the cutoff.
