Cool My new toy; 2000 Z3 M Estoril Blue Metallic

Just picked it up. Only 54,500km.

Mint condition. Drives phenomenally; Cant wait for top-down weather...

Installed new Projector headlights with 6K HID headlights and Angel eyes last night as well... Pics to come... New smoked taillights just shipped from Germany today... can't wait to get them on.

Better pics soon.

Pardon me, I am not much in the "know how" of roadsters, but this is only the S50 motor with 240hp and not the s54? Sure looks pretty and "like new"

Thanks everyone.... It has the 240hp S52 NA spec engine....S54 or some other significant engine mods are in the plans for next winter... trying to decide... right now this thing move pretty good.... If I want power, I'll drive my 450hp modded 335xi pictured in the background in the first pic. and the 335 mods aren't done yet either.... She'll be putting out 490hp by the end of the summer (450 to the wheels). This isn't intended to be the screamer although it may turn out to be in the end.... LOL....

New pics taken this afternoon.. Headlights installed.... I like this look so much more; and even my mechanic buddy whose shop I use to do my mods (he provides the space and I do the work) and is normally a "keep it original" kinda guy even had to say he really liked the new lights.... I'll take some pics at dusk to show them properly..

I LOVE the roadster console....

With the new headunit, the HK stereo really comes alive... This deck also provides rear panel USBs for iPod, iPhone connection.... and allows for bluetooth connectivity to 2 phones at a time, so both my work and personnel cell are connected simultaneously..... very cool

replaced the blown factory sub with a 6.5" Kicker CompRT sub... minor sanding to get it to fit.... This the blown factory one.....Hard to see, but the foam roll was completely torn the entire way around.... Forgot to take one with the Kicker installed before re-installing... do that later... easy to remove.

With this: http://www.kicker.com/CompRT... Took a while to get it balanced properly, but it sounds great now....

The collection (need to wash the 335 this weekend; expecting rain tomorrow, so waiting)..

Let us know when that e90 is ready, we'll have to setup some track time to put it up against some real Ms to see how it compares.

LOL definitely! Putting in H&R Coilovers in the next couple of weeks on the 335 (same time I do summer tires) and new ceramic pads... Catless DPs will give me another 40hp to the wheels... UMMMMM do I pull the trigger... Pace the M's in the straights and blow them away in the corners; just like the old days...... sounds like fun!
